“Went into PlumbPro Supplies for a very specific part and they were able to supply the part and provide knowledge on how to install. Very helpful and great pricing.”
“Well stocked - was able to find almost everything and the last item I ordered online with free delivery. A surprising side note, they have the cleanest bathroom of any retail store I’ve ever been to.”
“I visited the Bolton location today to do some shopping and make a return. I started with the return, but unfortunately, I didn't have my receipt. Tina, the staff member who assisted me, was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me out. Such fantastic customer service!”

“Building materials are unfortunately overpriced, considering the Home Depot literally across the street will match and then lower the Home Hardware price... However, there are some great in store deals on seasonal stuff, and they have every little bit of hardware the average homeowner would need, and more. Staff are all friendly and helpful.”

“I had outstanding service from a Bolton Home Depot employee yesterday and would like to share my experience. I bought 6 20 kg bags of water softener salt, and unasked, was assisted by Dom, a supervisor at the store. She not only picked up the bags for me and put them on a cart, but she escorted me to my car and put them in my trunk. I was amazed at the amount of help and time she gave me. It speaks highly of the customer service at the Bolton store and of Dom's contribution to that.”
