Pump 3 has had a broken bottom right arrow button. Makes it impossible for me to pay at the pump. It's been like this for over a year. I've let them know multiple times but it never gets fixed

Worst car wash I have ever gotten. Car actually more dirty and spotted after leaving. Got the ultimate car wash . Total garbage. Also each time I go there pumps don't work, no one answered help button at pump. Never going back.

Store locked. No attendant inside. Needed to buy something to eat and def for my truck. Kept knocking, called the store number and waited outside for atleast 15 minutes. Nobody showed up.Atleast put up a board saying will be back in waht time.

Very kind and courteous Shell staff that answered our call to let us know the status of the electric vehicle charger prior to arrival. Super fast 150kw recharge, 2 station and 3 parking spots available

Very clean bathroom. Polite attendent and electric chargers that were working well.You need to download the "Shell Recharge" app to use the chargers.

Bathroom was good as it gets at 6am. EV charging is terrible if you are looking for a one-off; need the app and to register before you can start charging.

Be careful when issuing your tap here ... this gas station has a reputation now of ripping people off. This is just a heads up for everyone to watch what they’re paying for, and don’t be so quick to use your Tap.

Worst customer service ever. Brought in a propane tank they said was "damaged". Literally nothing wrong with it but said I had to buy a brand new one and would not exchange.

Don't ever get the season pass from shell, if you did prepare ahead make sure you lose all your money. Because the machine is always broken. You want to ask for a credit back they say no we can't do that.
