“Just wanted to thank Margaret for her excellent customer service skills. She goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I have recently witnessed her with 2 very rude customers, and she handled them with grace and patience. Margaret is old school, and will go the extra mile if something can be done, that some tellers may not put in the extra effort. I always hope that she is there when I go into the branch to do a transaction”
