Had a meeting the other day with Josh Dikeos. He was very well spoken, and sought to understand my questions before assuming the answer(s), I felt heard and understood. Thank you for your help Josh!

The adviser did not appear as scheduled ?? but David DeClaire did! He works in Gravenhurst but if you need someone who cares a s to manage your accounts ask for him directly. Worth the drive!!

I am trying to get in touch with the branch but it is impossible to speak to someone there. So tired of every corporation cutting out all human contact and putting you through robo calls. What ever happened to customer service?
