“Muskoka Bear Wear in Bracebridge is such a cute store and definitely worth checking out! They have a great selection of Muskoka clothing, souvenirs, and some really nice designs.
I did find the clothing quite overpriced for what it is, but the store itself is really charming and fun to browse. A nice place to stop if you’re visiting Bracebridge and looking for something Muskoka themed!”
“During a girls’ weekend in Gravenhurst, we visited Shine Jewelry & Accessories and purchased a couple of roll-on perfumes. Once we got home, we realized one container was completely empty and the other was only about one-third full.
I called the store to explain the situation, and Kelly immediately stepped in to make it right, even though it was clearly not her fault. The level of customer service was exceptional — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.

This store is amazing. You can get lost in their wonderful array of bathing suits and summer attire. The lines they bring in are great. From young to mature, this is a must visit when you're in Bracebridge. The owners Velia & Barry are the epitome of excellence in regards to customer service.

“Absolutely phenomenal service. A gentleman named Tim helped me out. Took the time to assess my needs and made sure that i got what I was looking for. Had a small issue with the boots. Took them back in, saw Tim again.once again he was cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable, rectified the situation immediately and made sure I felt like a valued customer. If I could rate this store and especially Tim higher than a five star I would.
