“What a terrible experience I just had at there Bracebridge store. My fiance received a hoodie from there for Xmas. He has the same one already so we went to exchange it and they won't let us because it was on our house wrapped under the tree so it smells like smoke . So I guess we are stuck with this $80 hoodie he doesn't need. The girl working was very rude and laughed at us on our way out the door as well. I'll never spend another penny there!!”

This store is amazing. You can get lost in their wonderful array of bathing suits and summer attire. The lines they bring in are great. From young to mature, this is a must visit when you're in Bracebridge. The owners Velia & Barry are the epitome of excellence in regards to customer service.

“Absolutely phenomenal service. A gentleman named Tim helped me out. Took the time to assess my needs and made sure that i got what I was looking for. Had a small issue with the boots. Took them back in, saw Tim again.once again he was cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable, rectified the situation immediately and made sure I felt like a valued customer. If I could rate this store and especially Tim higher than a five star I would.
Customer service was easily worth Ten stars.”
