“I don’t live close to the store, but used their online shop as they have an incredible selection of items and brands and had such a great experience! Shipping was also very quick. But most importantly I wasn’t clear on the correct sizing and not being close by and unable to try on, they spent so much time chatting with me about sizing, fit, and sending measurements of the items so I could confirm I was ordering the correct size and fit. Amazing small shop!”
“Absolutely phenomenal service. A gentleman named Tim helped me out. Took the time to assess my needs and made sure that i got what I was looking for. Had a small issue with the boots. Took them back in, saw Tim again.once again he was cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable, rectified the situation immediately and made sure I felt like a valued customer. If I could rate this store and especially Tim higher than a five star I would.

“What a terrible experience I just had at there Bracebridge store. My fiance received a hoodie from there for Xmas. He has the same one already so we went to exchange it and they won't let us because it was on our house wrapped under the tree so it smells like smoke . So I guess we are stuck with this $80 hoodie he doesn't need. The girl working was very rude and laughed at us on our way out the door as well. I'll never spend another penny there!!”

“House of Kala is a fantastic store in Bracebridge that carries local and national products that have never disappointed. In the last three years I have purchased (and been gifted) clothing, housewares, puzzles, cleaning supplies, books, candles, plants, espresso mugs, and today - beautiful slippers. In those three years each product has stood the test of time; after washes and uses, every product is still in the same condition as were purchased. The owner and her employee are always cheery and ready to help and accommodate requests. They deeply care about the local community, sustainability, and ethical products. Five stars always!”
