Shipping Centers
Hours: Purolator is a well-known freight, package, and logistics company that has been serving Canada for over six decades. It offers reliable shipping solutions across the country, including remote and rural areas, thanks to its extensive network. The company is praised for its efficient and impressive service, especially by customers who receive consistent support from dedicated staff. Many customers highlight the helpfulness and friendliness of Purolator employees, such as Kim and Pam, who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Kim, in particular, is appreciated for her thoroughness, positive attitude, and willingness to assist with packaging and shipment details, providing service with a smile. Pam is recognized for her courteous and professional communication, especially when notifying customers about package arrivals, even to those living on islands or in remote locations. However, some challenges are noted, especially regarding delivery to rural roads. The trucks are sometimes too large for certain areas, particularly during winter, leading to situations where customers must travel to pick up large packages. Despite these issues, many customers express satisfaction with the accessibility and quality of service at local Purolator outlets, which are conveniently located and provide friendly, helpful staff. Overall, Purolator is valued for its extensive network, dedicated employees, and commitment to customer service, making it a trusted choice for shipping across Canada.
