“Had the best experience here today, had an Amazon return, Kritica took care of it ALL. I didn't have to do a thing, she did all the stuff that I was supposed to do, for me. Thank you so much, I'll be back !”

“We dealt with the FedEx office in Bracebridge, ON, CA regarding a lost delivery. FedEx took the information and, since our cottage is a little hard to find, detailed directions. Within an hour the package was delivered to the front door by a very polite and apologetic young man. We were shocked as he had to follow a very narrow, slippery path down a steep hill to the door says he does it all the time. Thank you!!”
