Honestly the worst place to get your medication call them to get my prescription renewed and some lady who doesn’t even speak English gets on the phone and tells me I have nothing on file then tells me she can’t understand my language well. I call my family doctor to see what’s going on and find out that he sent the new prescription in In June and that they do in fact have it on file. I can’t believe that they can’t just lose stilettos right and centre and be allow to stay open literally need that medication to breathe and they just lost it and then told me my English wasn’t good enough ( I am born and raised in Bracebridge and am whiter than white)

The past two months has been constant issues and me leaving upset every time while trying to refill a prescription. Somehow, the issue resolves itself if someone comes in with me.
Don’t bother with this store, they are a waste of time.

We chose Rexall as our pharmacy when we moved to Bracebridge and are very glad that we did. Leo and his staff are excellent! Our questions are answered in a very timely manner; always patient and kind and they always get back to us with an answer if it requires some research. The post office staff is also terrific.

I wanted to share this experience. I was in a tricky situation and had to relocate unexpected. I tried to redirect my package unfortunately I was unable to change its address. This would of taken me 8hrs+out of my way.This was a very important document that you definitely would not want to loose. I was completely blown away when calling about retrieving my package. She not only saved my package from wrongful hands. She saved the day by making sure it would safely arrive and my future destination.She was professional pleasant and understanding with my case. By saving me the longest trip I was able to take my daughter to a wild water works. Thank you Teresa for all your help. My package arrived Tuesday just as you promised. Firer grateful

They can never find my prescription (it takes them 10minutes to walk around the store to find it, line ups are always bad, i went to pick up a prescription last night (drove 20 minutes) only to find out they didn't have it. And they spent another 10 minutes looking for it too). This has happened every time I come into the store. I transferred my prescription to another pharmacy this morning who immediately got on the phone to find me a pharmacy who has what I need. Last night Rexall just told me it would be in on Monday and watched while i called around myself in their store to see if anyone had it near by. Terrible. When i called the store to refill the prescription last night they should have told me they didn't have it in stock. So disorganized. Also they tried to give me the wrong prescription once.. terrible. I surrender. Apparently you don't meed my business - thats the way you all act, anyway.

I went to the store on Wed, Dec 28/22 at 6:30 PM and bought one item. The young lady with black hair working at the cash register had so much attitude and was so rude!! She didn’t greet me or ask if I had my membership card to scan, she just took my item scanned it and was just staring at. I then had to ask her if she can scan my membership card and she just looked at me with so much attitude and scanned it then she doesn’t even bother to tell me the total, I just saw on the atm machine to insert or tap so I was like whatever. I just scanned my card and left the store. Please give your employees some training on how to approach a customer who is coming into your store to spend their hard earned money. The only reason I always come back to this store is because Canada Post is inside but if there wasn’t a Canada Post I would never come back. I would never expect this kind of disrespect and rudeness in a small, warm welcoming town like Bracebridge. The service is horrible at this location.

Busy little place at times ! But they do there best to keep up to the flow of everything,tons of prescriptions,COVID/flu shots, consultantions go thru there ,best time seems early when they open or mid day!

Wish they would post their temporary hours. Drove 45min and they were not open.. Tried calling multiple times before they closed ( 3-4 pm) with no answer. Seems they have issues answering the phone on a regular basis.

The pharmacist named Colette is a marvellous person. I’m not from here and had a bit of a medical emergency and she was kind, warm and professional. Patients here are so lucky to have her.

More on the expensive side of things as a brand but thats because this is a unionized store. I love supporting well paid staff. The location itself is always clean, the staff friendly, and they always have what I am looking for.
