“So Leila and I cut the lawn together. And we haven’t been able to recently because one of the belts snapped and needed to be replaced on our John Deere.
Let me tell you, our machine is old and finding this belt was HARD. We’ve been googling, store cruising, and asking for referrals. We bought the wrong size at Canadian Tire and were about to give up…
So I returned the belt at the Keswick Canadian Tire, and decided to try Keswick Home Hardware. Jackpot! Firstly, the kids in there were super helpful and had excellent customer service. They knew their store. One young man when I mentioned lawnmower belt even helped me measure my old one, and then find the replacement. He wasn’t 100% sure we had the right size, so he gave me a recommendation of a competitor in case we had to return this one. AND, the price was 1/3 what I paid at Canadian Tire.
Well, the belt worked! The lawn doesn’t look disgraceful anymore, and everyone is happy. Thank you Home Hardware team for taking the time to help me measure my belt and find the right one. 5 stars!”
