“Best customer service around. I have been into the store 13 times over the past 6 as we worked to redo a laundry, (original from in 1985) and then powder room (last done in 1995 in plaster swirls) from the studs up. Although we have done our own reno's before, both were challenging (pocket door/the hall wall had to come down). A pro painter we had in for a big job a few years ago would ONLY use Kleinpaint, soa great recommendation. These folks were so patient as they checked and revied old paint, matched old paint, advised on new paint, colours, and refinishing the crown molding. There were several other issues (all to do with paint/painting of course) and all were thoughtfully solved, after either being given the brush off, conflicting or bad advice at the big box stores. A busy store, I was willing to wait. We fell like I should be taking them all out to lunch!”
