“I’ve been a Benjamin Moore customer for years and would easily give the brand and most of their stores a solid 5 stars — the paint quality, color matching, and advice are always top-notch. The Bradford location specifically is great when I manage to get there: the staff are super knowledgeable, helpful, and never rush you. They really know their products and always give honest recommendations. The only real downside (and the reason I can’t give 5 stars here) is the hours. Closing at 5 pm on weekdays makes it almost impossible for anyone who works regular hours in Bradford to stop by. By the time I finish work and drive over, they’re already closed. Saturdays aren’t much better for the same reason. I often end up driving to Newmarket or Aurora just to shop after 6 pm. If this location extended hours even to 6:30 or 7 pm on weekdays, it would instantly become my go-to store and easily earn those 5 stars. Hope the owners consider it — the team and selection definitely deserve more local customers!”

“Our painter will only work with Benjamin Moore Paint, and based on the quality of work he does we only buy Benjamin Moore and even though I live in Aurora, this Newmarket store is the only Benjamin Moore store I go to because of the the amazing knowledgeable staff and parking. Vince at this store was such a big help on my latest project of cleaning and staining our custom made cedar planter. The painter wanted to power wash the cedar planter and Vince recommended getting a cleaning product instead, since power washing would just push dirt into the wood. He still suggested sanding which the painter planned to do, but based on my patch tests with various semi transparent oil based stains that the painter wanted to use, I told Vince the look I was going for and he felt strongly translucent water based was the better choice. Now that the project is complete, I know what to do for future years to clean and stain the planter ourselves without fear that oil based stain could stain the interlock stone under the planter. Thank you Vince for all your help and patience with me over my many visits. I am absolutely thrilled with the results!”
