And remote controlled cars as well. Stephanie, this location is very blessed to have you on site. Having such a huge age gap between my children (15 years), it’s like I was starting all over again. Every time I stepped into the store, you’ve always greeted me, assisted me with sizing, and ensured I always got the best deal.
When there were lines at the registers, you’ve always pulled a staff from the floor to assist the customers in line to ensure we were catered to quickly.
Your keen eye and awareness to customer service while maintaining a clean and well stocked location, does not go unnoticed.
I’ve ran into a few situations with exchanges and sizing, and you’ve handled them with grace and ease. You’ve given clear direction to your team on how to support customers and ensure we have the care.

I’m not sure what position you hold, because you’ve never carried yourself in a manner where you’re above the others, but you’re the type of person the company needs going around to various locations to make sure that the staff are putting customers first, while still maintaining the duties in the store. Like a district or regional manager.

“I loved this place so much, I don't even shop in NY anymore, and will literally plan a trip back up north to Canada to buy from this store versus others in America. Staff was amazing. Quality and styles were top notch; there were so many beautiful sets. The number one thing I loved about this place was that I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Sometimes, walking into shops, the quality looks questionable and there aren't prices, and all the prices seem steeper than they should be. Here, the prices are on the tags, so there's no funny business and you don't have to heckle. It's what a shopping experience should be- fun, and worth it!
