“I don’t get the bad reviews. Yes the owner is not the usual friendly bubblely chatty kind of sales, but he explains everything clearly and is very genuine and honest. We had a nice shopping experience as it was short and sweet.The other thing I want to mention is the store itself. We got a stroller that was out of stock from everywhere. Feels like a little hidden gem that has everything you might need especially if you don’t mind an older version but economical and practical.”

“I came in Sunday searching for items for a baby shower literally an hour later in the area.I met Maham who helped me and truly she flipped the whole experience to positive.I came in not knowing where to start or even what I was looking for and she spent valuable time with me explaining the benefits of each gift and how they make great gifts for the parents.Going for gifts that yes were the go to’s but also the ones that the parents may not know they will need. And so we selected an amazing array of gifts.She truly should be recognized for her amazing work and for going far far beyond for a rookie baby shopper.She should be commended by her team and management, truly.Also the cashier who helped me was a gem too. “I am so touched at an experience I had here the other day. The lady wearing a strawberry knit sweater showed patience and took the time to connect with my autistic son. Shopping with my son can be difficult but the lady took the time to talk to my son and even made cashing us out interactive for him by letting him pack the items in the bag with her help and drawing a smiley face on the receipt. It really made his day and he usually doesn’t talk to staff at shops. This was great customer service. I know my son is welcome here and it makes me want to come back.”
