Bought something online and went to return it because it was the wrong size. The staff act like you're taking money out of their pockets and doing you a huge favor by processing the return.

Rude. Also no idea what Punjabi gangster has to do with Footlocker and why his picture on the side of the store. Not sure who of these 3 is the legend and what is the connection between a rapper, pop singer and a gangster wannabe. Bizarre marketing.
