“now usually i don’t write reviews at all cuz i don’t care enough, however on sunday august 10th around 4:30-5 pm there was a slight rush and i really only needed one thing. so i was waiting in line and there was a young girl with bangs assisting a customer and i was really impressed with how she handled a situation. I guess us customers were lined up on the wrong side of the registers (not that i cared, a line is a line?) and a customer noticed and was being really weird and aggressive towards her because of that. The girl, despite her being visibly annoyed, was so respectful the whole time. Handled that customer with so much grace i was like a proud mom lol. 10/10 customer service too. i wish i got her name but she had bangs.”

I visited the store last week in Trinity Commons to make a purchase. When I reached the cashier, I mentioned that I had a Suzy store card from about seven years ago. The remaining balance was small, but I wanted to use it. I had asked at two or three different locations before, and each time I was told to call customer service myself and wait on hold for a long time, as they could not assist me in store.
However, this employee was extremely helpful. She immediately called customer service on my behalf and successfully retrieved the remaining balance. I asked for her name and employee ID right away because I truly appreciated the extra effort she made to assist me. This was not about the $11.30/ balance—it was about her willingness to resolve my issue with genuine care. Her service was excellent and truly went above and beyond expectations.
I highly recommend that the company continue to hire more employees like her. God bless her for her kindness and dedication.”
