Then sales staff by the name of Chase appeared to ask if I needed assistance with anything. I visited the store last week in Trinity Commons to make a purchase. When I reached the cashier, I mentioned that I had a Suzy store card from about seven years ago. The remaining balance was small, but I wanted to use it. I had asked at two or three different locations before, and each time I was told to call customer service myself and wait on hold for a long time, as they could not assist me in store.
However, this employee was extremely helpful. She immediately called customer service on my behalf and successfully retrieved the remaining balance. I asked for her name and employee ID right away because I truly appreciated the extra effort she made to assist me. This was not about the $11.30/ balance—it was about her willingness to resolve my issue with genuine care. Her service was excellent and truly went above and beyond expectations.
I highly recommend that the company continue to hire more employees like her. God bless her for her kindness and dedication.”
