We all had bad service experience.Aron has very egoistic attitude. Fool locker should change him at the back to set up the shoe’s boxes. Send him some tutorials about good customer service skills on his email so he can learned how to deal with customers

Last time I came they were so rude and had an attitude when you asked for another size. This time I arrived at 6 and it said it was closing at 8 on google maps and they opened the door told me they closed? Atleast put it in the app. Their attitude is horrible

Only giving a bad rating because of the security. This locations hour of operations is from 10am to 8pm. I got to the store at 7:58pm and the security refused to let me in because they were “closed”. How can you refuse customers 2 mins before closing? Especially when I was told by a different location that what I was looking for was only at this specific location and they called and arranged the item to be on hold until closing.

I just got into my car after purchasing a pair of converse shoes for my son. I was helped by Dior who was wonderful!! He was patient while I waited for my son to text back if the shoes I picked were ok and always wore a smile. He was near the till as I checked out and said goodbye to me by name as we had exchanged names earlier. I highly recommend him for your shoe shopping.
