“I find less price here in most of the evenings. I've no idea about the gas quality. Has station has less space and only 4 pumps. One of the machine will not print receipts. First time, the staff came out to give the duplicate receipt. Then i had to go and ask. That's fine. I knew which one doesn't print now.”

Today, I went to buy a burger meal from the A&W located inside Petro Canada at 121 Kennedy Rd N, Brampton, ON. I was so happy and impressed with the customer service! The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and even gave me some coupons—which was such a nice surprise. In fact, it was the first time in my life that I’ve received a coupon like this, and it truly made my day!
The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. I'm really happy and can confidently say this is now my favorite place. I won’t be going anywhere else for my burgers!

“Huge shoutout to the staff here! I stopped in on a super stormy day after my side mirror completely broke off my Transit 250, leaving me almost blind. The Paaji at the counter was a lifesaver—he immediately grabbed some masking tape for me. This was such a great help and showed real kindness and quick thinking. It truly saved my drive home!”

“Great prices and I enjoy using the Journie app. Although, It’s extremely difficult to use the rewards to collect the snacks when they never have the items in stock. I understand the booth is small and space is limited but to stock many other snacks except the reward snacks is basically false advertising for customers loyal to the pioneer brand. I collect the receipts for business purposes and the pump was unable to print the receipt. I went inside to get the receipt but I was told that it would be difficult to have it reprinted for me. I said I could wait, it took quite sometime to get my copy of the transaction. The lady at the desk needed to call someone to finally provide me the receipt. When the pumps are busy and lines start to build it’s difficult to exit. The location should paint some lines on the ground to keep waiting customers a distance back for people to back out and turn around to leave. Regardless of all the issues I do enjoy the low prices and Journie points.”

“Rating for customer service only ! I found the staff at the gas station very helpful . I had an issue with the car wash at another Petro Canada and they told me to go to another petro car wash . I came to this one and i didn’t get his name but the Indian guy with glasses, black hair, and a slight beard was very helpful with ensuring my car tires were properly aligned on the conveyor belt track so it would pull me through properly . I had no issues in the car wash and it came out very clean (premium/ advanced car wash).”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Petro-Canada on Ebenezer Rd. The location is always clean, well-organized, and easy to access, but what really makes this place stand out is the manager. They are absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and genuinely caring toward both customers and staff.
You can tell the manager takes pride in running a great store. They’re attentive, approachable, and go out of their way to make sure everyone leaves satisfied. That level of leadership really shows in how smoothly everything runs and how positive the atmosphere is.
