5 star service. I went today (October 17) around 5pm and was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. I was asked what I was looking for and the staff member helped me find it within 30 seconds. Recommended additional food toppers and even gave one to try as a sample. Quick and kind customer service

We’re visiting from the states and have stayed all over Ontario. Katie and Kereh have curated the best Pet Valu and pet store we’ve experienced by far. We appreciate their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help!
Thanks for your time, friends!!!
