Staff take time to answer questions and make great, helpful suggestions, especially for new owners. Their knowledge of all things pet is excellent.     Today was my first day going to the Self Service Dog Wash. The wash station was clean and Mamta (the employee who was working) was such a delight. She gave me instructions and encouragement along the way. Thanks Mamta see you soon
