“Decided to check this store out and was recommended by Nicole, who was very knowledgeable, to try the Acana brand of food for my cats and they love it. She also recommended some healthy treats that they never tried before, and it was perfect. (Their prices are super great especially for the high quality). I've shopped at other pet stores before, but between the excellent service, good selection of high quality products, all for a price that doesn't break the bank and keeps my picky cats happy (especially my orange cat) I will be continuing to shop at this location specifically. Couldn't recommend any other pet store and employee more.”

“I have been purchasing supplies for my guinea pigs from Flower Town Chinchillas since 2010, and they have always provided excellent products and great customer service. I consistently purchase Oxbow Timothy Hay, Oxbow pellets and treats, as well as vitamins and supplements. In the past, when wishing to purchase special organic feeds for my pets, they have put in special orders for me and held the product until I was available to pick it up. They have fantastic communication-especially when items were backordered. In a time where everything has become so expensive and great customer service is rare, I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed and have received always the best customer service and products from Flower Town Chinchillas. A fantastic family run business with a wonderful selection of everyday and specialized treats for your furry loved ones.”

Groomer Apoorya was truly amazing, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. This was our puppy Teddy’s first grooming, and unfortunately, he was quite matted, so he had to be shaved down. It was heartbreaking for us, but we knew it was the best decision for his comfort and health.

Apoorya took her time and care with Teddy, spending over two hours making sure he was as comfortable as possible. He did so well with her—it was so sweet to see him hugging her and giving her kisses! It was clear he felt safe and cared for.

During the grooming, Teddy did get a small cut on his ear, but Apoorya handled it responsibly and made sure someone followed up with us afterward to check on him. That level of care and accountability meant so much to us.

We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re so happy to have found a place we can trust for all our pets’ needs.

“got a couple of male pet rats a month or so ago and they've been very easy to handle and very much enjoy coming outside or being scratched returning kisses and never bit me, The white guys a little skittish but he's still pretty cuddly that's really the only negative.”
