About RBC Royal Bank
RBC Royal Bank offers a convenient banking experience with the largest network of branches and ATMs in Canada, ensuring quick access for customers. Many locations feature Saturday and evening hours, along with Night Deposit Services for after-hours deposits. While most reviews highlight exceptional customer service from employees like Dimple and Ravneet Kaur, who provide professional and friendly assistance, some experiences have noted rudeness from staff during busy times. The branch ambiance is generally good, with ample parking and a drive-through ATM, although service times can be longer. Overall, the branch is considered professional and helpful, making banking tasks easier for regular visitors.
