“My dad was a victim of fraud on his credit card and had gone to multiple branches before this one in hopes to resolve the issue - he was turned away and told to contact telephone banking each time. He then went to this branch as he prefers to do in person banking rather than on the phone. There was a rep by the name of Hira I believe; who took my dad in immediately, called customer service on his behalf and resolved his concern immediately. He was advised a new card will be on its way and the money has been refunded instantly. He was so pleased by this service as not many people go above and beyond for customers nowadays. As a banking representative myself I’m glad my dad received the service he deserves. 10/10!”
