I love the roots product, but I find every time I go into the stores the music is very dry not even fit for an elevator, staff is pleasant. I’m not sure how they work in that type of environment and try to stay awake and energetic on shifts

My 9yr old daughter wanted a specific hoodie & joggers in teal. We went in, and we received EXCELLENT customer service from a young lady (I didn't get her name.) She helped me get the correct sizes for my daughter. One wasn't in stock, she called the other locations for me, unfortunately they didn't have any. She suggested she could order it online to deliver to my home, which I accepted. She did the online order for me. (It arrived in less than 24hrs!!)
She went above and beyond. Thank you.
This was my first purchase with Roots in store, and I'll be returning.

Excellent service. I am a regular roots customer. I have been to all of the locations. BUT this location is the best. ADELE the assistant manager has assisted me so well. Her customer service was great gives me the best advice and is so polite. Was patient took her time of helping me get the item I wanted. Thank you so much.

Highly disappointed in the sales staff here for lying about me being able to get a refund on leggings I purchased if they were defective (they were within the first wear due to roots horrible quality decline)I would recommend shopping somewhere where the sales staff are not ignorant.
