She guided me so kindly, so patiently, and she handled everything herself. I just gave my passport, and within 5 minutes she had everything done and I was ready to go.

But the review is for their manager Janet, who went above and beyond for our company when DHL did not deliver our packages prior to our event day. She made sure they were delivered within an hour of speaking with her and with just a slight delay we were able to provide our teams with their jerseys.”
