Manager is disrespectful and has no concern for customer satisfaction in any regard. I’d hope this store has common sense and does its due diligence.

I purchased one pair of shoes from this outlet. It has some manufacturing defect in left foot. I requested the manager to get it replaced but she declined to do so by saying that there is nothing wrong. I requested them to throw these shoes in garbage.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from softmoc in bramalea city centre and was extremely disappointed with their return policy. After wearing the shoes for just a short time, I found them to be very uncomfortable. I returned to the store hoping to exchange them for a different pair or receive a refund, but my request was denied.
The staff informed me that they couldn't accept returns on shoes that had been worn, even though I explained that the discomfort only became apparent after wearing them for a short time. I understand that stores have policies, but I believe they should consider exceptions in cases where the product is genuinely unsuitable for the customer.
Unfortunately, I won't be shopping at any softmoc again, and I cannot recommend it to others. A more flexible return policy would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction.

"I had a dreadful experience at this shoe store. I bought a pair of shoes, but they turned out to be extremely uncomfortable due to the wrong size. When I attempted to return them, the store refused to process the return, citing their rigid policy. The staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic, leaving me stuck with shoes that I can’t wear. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I won't be returning and would strongly recommend others avoid this store."

I purchased an Ugg boots for Christmas 2023 in March of 2024 I checked the boots it was green my 90 days has pasted but I still took it back I was given a gift card and being in the store once I week am not seeing anything I like I called the manager again to ask her if I can get my money back she says there’s nothing she could do it’s not my fault the boots turned green I would like to get my money back

Walked into this store on Friday morning of a long weekend. The manager stood behind the cash with her AirPods in while leaning on the counter and was texting on her phone. She did not look up to even acknowledge our presence in the store. We walked by the cash and she still didn’t even look up. Such a shame because we had some questions about some of the products and was interested in purchasing something. Not to mention there were many other customers in the store that were not being serviced. As a retail manager myself this is highly unacceptable.

Went to the Bramalea outlet on Sunday April 7th at 7.15 PM (45 mins to closing time as per google maps) Soon as we walked in , the pink haired lady who works there gave the most unwelcoming look. The indian salesgirls were helpful and were nice and polite. I was buying two pairs and needed a different size and went to the counter to request for the same. While the indian girl at the counter was beginning to hear me out , the pink haired lady interrupted and said that the shop is closing in 15 mins and they won't be able to find the size for it. I then went on and requested to another salesperson and she did help me out and I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes from there. Store owner needs to be careful who you hire in these positions. That pink haired lady is bad for business. Better hire someone who isn't extremely rude and unwelcoming.

the manager at this location is very sweet and super helpful :) i’ve loved going there since i was a kid and i still do now. super kind staff as well, with a super clean environment i might add.

One of the worst behaviour that i’ve seen from
A manager . The audacity of manager was that she refused to give her name and ordered other associate to not disclose her name. She knew the way she was reacting and it was very disappointing to see a business suffering from bad employee like her who doesn’t even understand the meaning of customer service.
Big up to the other indian girl she helped us and decided to solve the issue. She deserves to be the manager. If any business owner is reading this, serious advice coming from similar business that she needs to remove from the job as she is not built for this . Stripp club waiting for her

Poor service waked in yesterday 3 staff were by the counter chatting and laughing. I didn’t get a greeting when I went to ask for a size all 3 workers just went to the back of the store.

Would not accept return on Kamik Momentum 3 boots. They leak. Advertised as waterproof. Manager said she could not refund them because they had been worn. How on earth would I know they leak if I had not worn them. They don't stand behind their product or their customer. Will not shop at Softmoc again. Feeling robbed.

Pathetic customer service. I bought little kid size 9 shoes from Toronto Premium outlet. On Monday kid tried and complained being tight and he did wear inside for sometime to ensure size is okay but it was tight. On Tuesday afternoon I went to return/exchange the size at nearest location at BCC and they simply refused to do anything as apparently they found signs of wearing it. Unfortunately this is the dumbest service I have received within Canada. Never coming back to this location for sureUpdate: Next day I was able to exchange the size at another location without being asked any questions. So the issue is not with Softmac return/exchange policies but with the people you get to deal with. Customer first should be the approach in Service industry
