When I went to the return department, the staff members I spoke to called two or three other staff members to double-check my information, and they did it while speaking a language other than English or French. It felt very disrespectful because they all spoke English very well.

Rental department does't ask if you want to by insurance for the machine, they just sell you without asking. I think the pricing should be more transparent and if its mandatory even then customer should know.

Went to the tool rental, nobody was available after 15 minutes waiting went out to ask the cashier. She stated that the person was helping loading vans; went out to the parking lot, there wasn't anybody. If the person was on his break great, he/she deserves it, but Home Depot should have someone to cover
