“We have been buying our major appliances, furniture and mattresses from the Brick for last 5+ years. This time we bought Fridge and dishwasher from Mr Sanjay Khanna. What a great sales person! Usually sales people don’t much care about after sales clients customer service. Sanjay helped us with rescheduling the delivery. I rescheduled the delivery as instructed by him. Next day he checked the system and noticed that the delivery date wasn’t changed. He called me to ensure we rescheduled the delivery. He knows how to maintain great customer relations once sales completed. Great job Sanjay!”

“Saturday I called to replace the refrigerator. Christy attending a ceremony, advised me to come in another hours time to the location 16 intermodel dr, airport rd and 407 hwy intersection. I rushed from scarborough but Christy was there before me. Mentioning this to show his attentive service. I got a way good deal to purchase the refrigerator. Delivered on Monday this week as committed punctual.
Cust service was excellent got a feeling like treated as masters. Can purchase anywhere but after sales is very very important. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to post my experience.
40 years my experience was with customer services in Canada. Other furniture products prices are very low in comparing to other giants in the fields..”

“RONA is my go-to before others. Just prefer it. However sad to see so many products now under lock and key. Similar to nearby retailers. That's not RONA's fault.
Here's an improvement tip though; recently visited to get single gang Decora screwless cover plate. Website said stock level 100 pcs in store. But none to be seen. There were many of double gang, triple gang, quad gang on the customer level shelving, but no singles anywhere. Turns out they were on the upper storage shelves unboxed. This is an easy improvement. Surely single gang covers are in demand as much as the others.”
