“Such a cute store! Everytime my friends and I come we always have to come by and just check out the store. The staff are all so knowledgeable which helps a lot especially me who doesn’t know too much about anime stuff… great selections they stay up to date! Definitely worth checking out.. you might just find yourself snagging a little thing even a keychain”

“This is a good Indigo. This indigo has a good selection of books, stationeries, and cute trinkets. There are quite a few areas to sit and read/study. Staff is friendly ,and always willing to help.
Some downsides are the smell and book quality. The indigo does sometimes have a unpleasant smell, but it's become less noticeable recently.
Recently I purchased a book and the quality of the book wasn't the best. Text was faded and some pages had a barcode at the bottom of the page. This can be fixed through better quality control and customers (me) examining a book more thoroughly before purchasing.”
“I had such a wonderful experience at Build-A-Bear Workshop, and I want to give my heartfelt thanks to Suleqa.
She helped me through every single step of the experience and made everything feel so easy and special. What touched me the most was her kindness. “I have known David for quite some time. I am a collector at heart just like he is as well. We both share this passion. David also runs a store that is considered a niche, hobby, and the type of business that is slowly disappearing from a brick & mortar presence.
It’s always a pleasure for me to drop by and chat with him. I see no point for anyone to leave 1 star review. David runs a small business with paper thin margins not to get rich but to share his lifetime passion and to make a living, like he well deserves to do so. Would anyone leaving a one star review work for free?

“Great location, great staff, extremely clean and organized compared to the other locations (i.e., Mississauga). They are also fairly priced here and have some great option. We needed sandles ASAP for our day out and we found brand new, never used, clean ones for baby- she was happy, we were happy, everyone was happy. Staff is friendly as well and I'm glad they take my items that I no longer need.
