“Samantha at the customer service desk was AMAZING. She’s been at this location for some time & every time i have dealt with her- she’s been such a huge help. I would 100% recommend this location, and if you get to deal with Samantha, you’re a lucky person! Thanks so much for the consistent, great service. Management should be happy to have her.”
“I had an excellent experience at the As Seen on TV store, thanks to Prabh. She is young, energetic, mindful, and very knowledgeable, and she assisted me with great professionalism and patience. She took the time to clearly explain the products, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. Her positive attitude and strong customer service skills truly stood out. Prabh represents the store very well, and I would happily return because of the outstanding service she provided.”

“I took my daughter to mastermind to get a trike and doll and the manager, Lidia went out of her way to make sure we left with the right ones. My toddler would not let her new doll go all evening.
Lidia even helped me to the car with my purchases. Best customer experience I’ve had in literally years.”
