I order a karaoke party ball online that we love, it suddenly stopped working, I contacted master mind by email, they replied the next day with the option for a replacement and to send a video, but the offered a replacement before even seeing the video without doubting me! This is what makes customer service great and makes customers come back to shop from this place.I have always shopped master mind and will definitely always do to support family owned small businesses, the great selection of things and the wonderful customer service!
