“Went for oil change 2 weeks ago. Reasonably priced when compared elsewhere. They were punctual....showed up for appt, car went right in, out and paid 30 minutes. The vibe: honest shop, apparently, been around for 40 years, clean comfortable waiting area. Several customers came in for various inquiries/work while I waited and you could absolutely tell that this shop just does honest reasonable work worthy of trust. That's a hard find these days. 100% I'll be going back. Will update reviews as work is completed. Eric Curtis.
2nd Visit: 01/22/2026
Went for Battery Swap/Alternator Test and non emergency Slow Leak repair for back tire. They fit me in same day (walk in) within 45 minutes even though they were busy. Again 30 minutes done and out. Very,very reasonably priced. Once again, honest, no nonsense vibe. As long as these guys are around I'll be going there. They check all the boxes. With good honest mechanics being in short supply and integrity taking a back seat in some businesses, this place is a GREAT find. Wish I'd starting coming here like 10 years ago. People had best appreciate shops like this, they're getting hard to find. Finally, I can stop looking.”

“I just had to share my experience with Don, a fantastic mechanic who truly deserves more than a 5-star review! If you're looking for someone honest and reliable, Don is your guy. After spending thousands on my van at another mechanic without resolving the issue, Don was recommended to me. He found a spot for my van and actually FIXED the problem that no one else could. Not only was he cost-effective, but his honesty and integrity were truly refreshing.

“Can’t say enough great things about this business. I called them this morning and told them I was in sort of an emergency situation. The gentleman Brandon, who answered the phone has the best customer service. He was so informative, helpful and kind. He knew that I didn’t know a lot about tires and he walked me through different price points and features to make the best decision for me. Not only did they have my tires in stock. They were able to get me in that afternoon. They quoted me an hour and a half time and they were done in under an hour. I’m sorry I can’t remember the tire technician, but he’s an absolute machine at changing tires. They also gave me a quote and when I went to pay, it was actually less than they had quoted originally, which is so nice in this day and age where everyone is feeling the pinch of finances. Everyone there is so friendly and just make you feel so welcome. I’m confident to say that this is the place that I will always get my tires. Thank you so much to everyone at Tirecraft Brantford for your kindness and your speedy service. You are literally saving my life on the road and I can’t thank you enough.”

“I visited this Midas Brantford dealership a year ago for brake service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jeremy impressed me with his honesty and professionalism, so I returned recently with power steering problems on the same Jeep. I simply asked if they could handle it, and they said yes—and they did a great job!
Three days later, I brought in my Murano 2021, which was due for brake service, instead of going to the Nissan dealership as I originally planned.
This is a great shop! I hope they continue providing excellent service. From my side, I’ll keep giving them my business. I do wish they’d expand their list of services and advertise them more”
