“I called Tim's on a Thursday after a friend recommended them snd spoke to a mna named Wes, hoping to get my truck looked over. My usual shop couldn't fit me in until the following Wednesday, so I was thrilled when Tim's had a cancellation for Friday.
That morning, Wes called with a detailed breakdown of everything my truck needed, including the cost of each, what was recommended right away, and what could safely wait. There was absolutely no pressure, just honest, straightforward information and time to make my decision. The repairs (brakes, rotors, calipers, and more) added up, but I appreciated the transparency.
I decided to have everything done, and thanks to having some extra staff on that day, my truck was ready by 4:00 p.m. the very same day!
