“Got my 2024 SantaCruz serviced at CT Brantford on Feb.05/26. I arrived 10 min early and the took my truck right in on time. They serviced my truck, checked everything else that was required for 40,000 and no charge to do this. Only the service. Everyone that l dealt with was very polite courteous and professional. Did not try to up sell me. Was in and out in a timely manner.. Definitely ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”
“Ok, look, it is a difficult time of year. I'm new to brantford and to be honest, not a walmart fan. BUT..I went here twice, looking for gifts for my grand girls. My life doll yesterday, said it available on line, but when I got there..none on the shelf. Today, went to grab a specific Lego, again, said 8 in stock. But none on the shelf. RAJ...TO THE RESCUE. This employee exudes customer service as a priority. He is the man. Thanks Raj, you saved me twice.”
