“Sales staff very friendly. Had a great experience until the delivery. The delivery was good but on our expensive Futon (the most expensive futon in the store) the delivery guys put it together wrong to cause it to not be able to go against the wall (there was a big gap) and the futon would tip over when getting up from it. I didn't really catch this right away so went back to the store to verify that the demo was put together different and sure enough the demo in the store was different and didn't tip. Whoever is reading this review might wonder why I still gave this review 5 stars, despite this complaint. Its because I judge a business based on how they respond to complaints. When we brought this to the attention of the store they had 2 guys out to my house within an hour to remedy this and they did so more than satisfactorily. I understand that sometimes things go wrong and you can really tell the integrity of a business by how the respond to the problems. If there were 10 stars I'd give them that.”
