Home Improvements in Brantford, ON

“Kevin, was so helpful and went out of his way to fine me a discontinued part that he just happened to have at his house. Definitely went above and beyond to try to get my problem solved.
I have never had a bad experience at any Home Hardware, especially this one.
Thank you so much Kevin and everyone else at Home Hardware”

“My wife and I just purchased a stand up freezer from home depot.
We dealt with a gentleman in appliances Rick(Richard) nice man you could ask for. He is older then most of the staff but excellent customer service. If you need any appliance look for Rick(Richard) at the Brantford location.
Thanks for the awesome service Rick!!!”

“We had the absolute best customer service experience we've ever had at at RONA, thanks to Kevin. We were having a fence built, and he went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. He was so kind, helpful and easy to deal with, and everything went exactly as planned. All our wood was delivered on time and exactly as ordered, which made the whole process so much easier.

It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes such pride in what they do. Kevin is truly an asset to RONA and we are so grateful for his help.

Thank you Kevin and the delivery team for making our experience such a positive one 🖤”

“I’d highly recommend George for your work. He was highly responsive, showed up exactly when he said he would, and did a great job after talking us through the process. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, and how he ensured the site was clean after he left. Well done George. Michael S.”

“I can't say enough good things about this Home Hardware. From the moment we walked in, the store was clean and welcoming, and a staff member popped her head out from an aisle to give us a warm, genuine hello - no script, just real friendliness.

We needed a specialty product (Dexerdry deck underlayment) that they don't normally stock, and Rick, the store manager, went out of his way to source it for us. When there was a mix-up with the order, he sorted it out quickly and fairly, no hassle at all.

This location is a Home Building Centre, and they'll deliver to Hamilton for the same price as a store in our own city would charge. If you're in Hamilton shopping around for building materials - comparing prices or availability against Home Depot or Rona - this store is worth adding to your list.

Highly recommend - great products, great people.”
