“Just had a really positive experience at this centre with gentleman there, i needed a box of screws i couldn’t find anywhere else, and they only had one left, so he spent the next three minutes looking everywhere for them. He found them rather quickly considering their large collection, probably saved me an hour looking myself like in other places. i really appreciated them coming to me as soon as i walked in rather than me hunting an employee down like in most places. 10/10 costumer satisfaction”

“Interesting first-time experience at Rona. I walked in the contractor door and easily looked past as I stood there and had many employees walk past me. Perhaps I don't look like a contractor? But alas, it only took me a quick moment to ask for help, and one of the team was on it. I wish I had his name as he was super helpful in answering all my questions and carried the purchase out to my car. Thanks Rona.
