“I had called CPR for advice for my Samsung phone. I had already been to the Bell store and contacted Samsung by phone with very little assistance given. I needed to have my phone wiped and and restarted. I was helped by Richard at CPR. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly had my phone wiped and restarted. He was able to show me how to retrieve photos I thought were gone forever. Start to finish he was awesome. Amazing price for the service. I will never go anywhere else.”
