“Love this store. Very clean, well lit, efficient checkouts, and kind staff willing to help me out and go the extra mile. Always polite and easy to find.
Delicious bakery items and great selection that some other local stores do not carry. I haven't had it in a while, but the in-store pizza was my favourite - there was a lady working there with a purple streak in her hair that I am convinced made THE BEST pizza and actually listened when I asked for well done pizza.
I really like how they tend to mark down goods instead of throwing them out, good to see less food waste.
Not sure thrilled about the switch from Air Miles loyalty point to their own points program, but that's not within the control of this store.”
“The store is really nice and I had a good experience with the assosiate. The store is really good and well arranged. I was able to get top quality products from here. Would surely come back again for shopping.”
“Aug 29th , I forgot one of my bag while packing up from till and realised it was missing only after I came back home. When I called they acknowledged my issue and transferred to the manager and he helped me right away and identify my missing bag. They even kept my frozen items from the bag back to the fridge and got them back when I was there to collect them. Thanks for being so kind and professional. Kudos to Brantford Freshco.”
“Incorrect signage is a problem there! Buy 2 of an item for $$ instead the sign simply said $3.99 I was charged $5.99 AFTER I GOT HOME ! New product line in the store has a product which was clearly Frozen Salmon.. according to the sign it was LEAN GROUND BEEF, who's what the price of the fish was and no one to even ask!”

“Pretty busy, and the parking arrangements is silly here. One set facing front n back towards the store, and other 30% is side to side.
Prices are comparable or more expensive than fresh co which is odd. Its okay”
