A few years ago, I had a bad experience at a big box store. I had placed a large order — toilets, faucets, fans, and a few other heavy items. When I went to pick it up, the staff there was unhelpful and expected me to load everything myself. I was so frustrated that I left the order behind and walked into Brechin Hardware instead. I shared what had happened, and to my surprise, not only did they help me with the order, but they were also kind enough to deliver everything right to my front door. That level of service is rare!
Just today, I called Hailey to ask if she could set aside six bags of mulch for me. Even though she said they had plenty in stock, she still made sure they were ready and on hold — because she cared.
