“Honestly, I’ve been driving ever since I could and I’ve owned a few cars since then. And being a woman trying to get her car serviced has always been a challenge. Most of the time I left unsure of the service I received.
Recently I moved back to my home town to help my mom & Matt came recommended to our family by a friend, and truthfully, I’ve never received better service in my 30+ years of driving and owning my own car. In fact, I wish I still owned my previous car because I think Matt could have taken better care of it.

“Not only is this place open on a Saturday to accommodate customers that are unable to attend Monday to Friday, they are staffed by people who only care about servicing your vehicle honestly, I brought my car in for what could have been a very expensive job and it turned out it cost me a fraction of what I was expecting to pay based on the experience of the technician that looked at my car. That's class A1 most wouldn't care..
They young lady ordered my tires they'll be installed today..
you know they care when they wouldn't take my cash for them till works done shows they cate about you more then money..
That's the difference with old school n take you for a ride

“Was there Sept 22 this year Just a great super place good conscientious people from reception to the mechanics.Was very impressed with the mechanic working on my car he double checked the info from the code reader with a multimeter.Bob did a super job prompt and kept me involved.Would highly recommend this place and of course Bob but don’t use him too much as I still want access to him myself!”

“Living in the rust belt, I have been using Krown Rustproofing to protect my 4 vehicles for at least 20 years. I have always gone to an Ottawa location closer to home. This time, I happened to be in Brockville and saw the Krown sign and popped in without any expectations given that it was their busiest time of the year. I dealt with Terry and he was able to squeeze me in.
I was so happy with the service that I received that I brought my truck here from Ottawa to get the rustproofing done. It’s a very clean shop with coffee, snacks and free Wifi available while you wait.
