“My first visit was great, the guy was really patient, and he knew exactly what parts and supplies I needed when I described the issue. and I felt like my business was appreciated even though I didn't know everything by name. The second visit was not great, and I ended up getting several other items I had planned on buying here, elsewhere. My lack of knowledge was clearly irritating, and the line of irritated plumbers behind me didn't help I'm sure. He just wanted me to move along. No online inventory leaves me no other choice then to ask questions and show pictures to find what I need.”
