“It took a couple of tries before reaching someone who knew what they were doing, but once I reached the 2 CSR's, they were AMAZING and got me up and running in no time- very grateful for them as I was getting frustrated by the other 5 that didn't know what they were doing....if all the reps had the knowledge as these two, I believe this company would get ONLY 5 star ratings- that's how great these 2 were!! “Recently a Bell representative came to my door trying to get me to switch from Truespeed. I could try it for 10 days and if I did not like it I could remove the dish and equipment (not them, ME) and it would be up to me to return it. As with any service or product there will be those who love it and those who hate it. Well I LOVE the service I have received from Truespeed in the last 10+ years.
