“James dropped everything to assist with technical issues. Early morning James answered my call and personally delivered what I needed to teach remotely. He understood my desperation and helped me quickly resolve my issue. Can’t thank Play it Star enough for their responsiveness and friendly customer service.”

“I recommend Netfox for their excellent customer service, but reliable internet will depend on the infrastructure in your area and you will need to buy a new modem upon registration. We switched to Netfox when our previous provider had constant connectivity issues and even worse customer service. Upon switching to Netfox, they were very responsive and eager to help resolve our connectivity issues. However, they were using the same infrastructure as our previous provider and the connection would still drop several times per day for 5-20 mins. We were with them for 6 months and twice, we lost our connection for more than 8 hours and the one time, it was almost 2 days with no updates, which is not acceptable when working remotely. To note, this was in the past year and not related to the other Rogers network outage. We switched to another provider who uses a different infrastructure, and we haven't had any connectivity issues, so it just depends on the infrastructure in your area. I give them 4 stars because they provide excellent customer service, but unfortunately, they are at the mercy of the current infrastructures installed by one of the big two.”
