“I have True Speed internet at home through cable and True Speed internet at our cottage through Bell. The internet has always been good in both places at a very good price. This year, with the migration, I thought I would have to change service providers for our cottage because Altima didn't seem to be able to switch over my internet. After about a month of back and forth with Altima and True Speed, they were finally able to hook us up again.

I would like to mention that Evan at True Speed was very good in helping me out. He went above and beyond to help me. Every time I would call him, he would try to figure out a resolution and would give me suggestions. When I would call him, if he was unable to take my call and I'd leave him a message, he always called me back, no matter what. He stayed with me until a resolution was finally found.

I hope no one else has to go through with Altima what I went through for a month. In the end, I got my internet back up and runniing and I couldn't be happier.”

“It took a couple of tries before reaching someone who knew what they were doing, but once I reached the 2 CSR's, they were AMAZING and got me up and running in no time- very grateful for them as I was getting frustrated by the other 5 that didn't know what they were doing....if all the reps had the knowledge as these two, I believe this company would get ONLY 5 star ratings- that's how great these 2 were!!
