Went in for wood pellets. Had excellent customer service from one of their employees. He was very nice and helpful. He helped me load the pellets into my cart, take them to the register and to my car. Ab absolute gentleman. Wonderful store as well, one of the better Home Hardwares.

I called an hour before closing to pick up a promotional salt item that was on sale. The staff were very pleasant, went and found the item for me, and kept it up front so it was ready when I arrived. Great customer service — really appreciated it.

Nice neighborhood Home Hardware, has all the stuff you need, and looks family owned. If you’re in the area, definitely worth a stop in lieu of Home Depot. Friendly staff, and has a FedEx drop off/pickup if you need too.
