“They did a great job on some needed rust repair on my truck which required metal replacement which some places didn't want to do or did but for a much higher price. Paint matching was great for a Pearl paint.

Communication could have been better originally on timing and requires a lot of trust when you see the facilty!

“I ordered the Weathertec mats for my Pick up, not realizing I had the storage option in my backseat, which made the rear mats too big, and essentially useless. I sent an email and almost immediately Tessa from Customer service responded, gave me a return authorization number and i was on my way. I took the rear mats to the store on Walkers line, exchange was simple and straightforward and the new rear set was ordered. An excellent experience made that much better by Tessa from cusomer service who was very knoweldgeable and responsive !! HIghly recomended, not to mention the quality and fit of the floor mats are second to none, easily better than the OEM and much cheaper !!”

“I was recently in a car collision in burlington , and the police called global tech collision for a flat bed for my tesla vehicle. Yousuf was very helpful and kind.Despite the chaos of a collision. He allowed me to sit in his warm truck whilst he put my car on the tow. It was very cold outside , so that was appreciated. Giving it one star less due to the company only taking cash, I would've rather used credit card for this transaction.”
