I have been a customer for a long time. I have never had any type of unfriendliness or anyone not trying to offer very good service. The TV service is awful. Master how to do something which is often complex, and then three weeks later you have to master it again, because it forgot everything.

Great customer service. Staff are very clear and transparent about the discounts being offered and informing that they don't guarantee that the prices will remain same.
