Loooooong wait times!! Even when refilling the day before and showing up at the designated time for pickup, I had to wait 2 hours for my ONE prescription! Very frustrating. I’ll go elsewhere from now on

I find Costco in Burlington Ontario to be very helpful and friendly. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years.

Line ups 20 min with 1 person working. Told me to come back in 15, i actually came back 25 min later... waited another 20 min in line and it still wasnt ready. I hold a bunch of shares in Costco, with these service levels they are successful despite service levels.

Has to be the most unorganized pharmacy around. Will not call to let you know they don't have any medication in stock. If rx cannot be filled for any reason, they will not notify you. Might be a couple dollars cheaper but not worth the hassle.

They’re fast and efficient. You can drop off your prescription when you enter the warehouse and your prescription will be ready for pick up by the time you finish shopping. Or, you can use their online platform to order refills and just pick them up when you arrive.
The lineup for prescription pickup can be very long and time consuming from time to time.

Today I called them two times in a row, and both times they answered me very quickly! ?I was prepared to wait or not be answered at all based on the previous reviews, but that didn't happen. So things get better in this world!

Pharmacy staff are usually pretty good. This time the lady mentioned that the pharmacist would like to speak with me. I stood in line waiting for Mr. Pharmacist to go was having a casual conversation with the person in front of me with no regards to the line up what so ever, conversation about decks and patios. REALLY? It wasn’t a 1 or 2 minutes conversation either.Have some courtesy to the people in line. Most are eager to just get home after work. So what did the pharmacist wanted to talk to me about you ask? “This is blah blah medication, you take it twice a day”. Complete waste of time J.

Really respectful. They forgot to mix my son's medicine so I just got the powder medicine. I called them and they apologized and the manager asked if I can come to their store or if they can come to my house to mix the medicine and fix the mistake. And he came and brought the sterilized water to our home and he mixed it and left. I want to thank them for fixing this mistake.
