Honestly Duca is one of the worst banks to deal with. Do yourself a fav and find a better bank.They take no responsibility of their mistake and blame customer. Calling themselves a banking institution yet can't even send a wire to U.S.A

Fantastic customer experience, they care, they know their clients personally. The app is getting alot better, they are investing in new machines/better online experience and is a definite choice over the big 5 banks where you can't even call your own branch. They have business accounts where if you forget to record a cheque and you ask Audrey for cheque images she sends them to you the next day(the same process at a standard bank would be weeks)!Way to go DUCA you rock!

Gave me incorrect information. When I followed up they changed their story and denied what was originally stated. The incorrect information cost me money. Not the most efficient or best place to do business.

If you want to be treated with the dignity and respect as a human being rather than an account number, this is the only place you need to do your banking with.

I have experienced probably the WORST customer service ever at this Duca location. Whether it was the terrible communication between myself and my financial advisor... or the fact my financial advisor changed 3 times without my knowledge while all of my concerns were being overlooked. I cannot begin to express my frustration. After multiple issues, I shut down ALL accounts with Duca in November 2021, then I still had investment payments coming out in December and January. AFTER I CLOSED ALL ACCOUNTS AND INVESTMENTS!!! None of my issues were taken seriously, and I am so overly frustrated. I will never bring business back here and I will be informing all my friends and family of my issues here as well.

This Burlington branch provides exceptionally good service. They replied to my email in 15 mins. The staff was willing to wait for me to drive there even she knew that the whole transaction would finish way after her work hours. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I contacted her a few weeks later for an investment inquiry and she gave me good advice so that I got better interest rate. I strongly recommend this branch to everyone.

Excellent staff and service at this branch—they are very personal, and being a member of a credit union has many benefits—I like using the exchange network ATMs at no fee and the possibility of earning dividends at the end of the year.One drawback is only Monday-Friday hours and no Sunday telephone support— I have been with this branch for many years and I’ve never had an issue. Definitely recommend!
