I hit a curb in the early hours of Oct. 2nd. Since I was in the vicinity of Halton Honda and had been a customer of theirs in the past, I thought I could safely leave my car with them. I gave my insurance company the location of my car and that I would be making a claim. My insurance company said they would have my vehicle towed to Assured Autobody 2 blocks away, which is also the autobody shop that Halton Honda regularly uses. Now, 28 days later, my car is still sitting at Halton Honda. My insurance company says that Halton Honda is demanding a holding fee. I am not happy with my insurance company, but I feel that Halton Honda should show some consideration for their customer and sort out their issues with the insurance company while the vehicle is being repaired.

I'm SO GLAD Halton Honda was recommended to me by HOJ car rental staff in Oakville!!! Very happy with the rear brake job, oil change, tire rotation, etc. they did on my 2016 Honda CR-V and I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer from here on out. Shaun Moyers explained everything to me thoroughly beforehand, and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend Halton Honda's Service Department and will be back in the future!!!

Honestly the service at this dealership is amazing even though I was unable to get a car Chris, Marc Pregnolato and Hugh were exceptional they understood my unique circumstance and in their ability tried to get me the right car and budget. Well done guys also big plus to Hugh for not discriminating when I walked in, you never know who's who.
