I've painted my entire house interior, a shed (stained, then four years later painted), ordered wallpaper, gotten advice and supplies on how to hang the wallpaper, and suggestions when I need help. They're always welcoming, great with advice (thanks for converting me to satin finish from semi-gloss!), and helpful with colour matching/selection.”

“I've been here many times with my brother. Sometimes on my own. My brother and I have been buying a can of paint or paints, brushes, paint tape, plastic tray with liners and putty knife, etc. The staff that served us were very nice and helpful. They do accept cash, credit, and debit. Most of our items are expensive and good quality.
It is a small store, and it's located at the corner of Campbell and Ottawa Street North downtown of Hamilton. The name of the store is called Benjamin Moore above the front door facing Ottawa Street. They do have a few free parking spots at the back of the store next to the wall. For customers only. We can get in the back red door into the store.
The city parking spots are in the same location. The people have to pay at the machine to park in that area.”
“My favourite hardware store. Staff very helpful, pleasant. Great selection of items. Always find useful things at their store. Especially appreciate their service dept. Have a great guy there, that fixes lawnmower and even replaced a handle on my old pitchfork. Really grateful as there were no other stores who even had a replacement part for my pitchfork, but they have a guy who actually took off old broken handle and replaced with a new one. That's why they are my preferred place yo get anything I need re: hardware stuff.”
